Shipping policy

Orders are shipped via New Zealand Posts courier service at their rates and charges. We are not responsible for their fees or their delivery time lines. 

We aim to ship all orders with 24 hours during week days, orders placed over the weekend are shipped on Monday. On occasion there may be a delay, when this is expected to be longer than 2 days we will let you know. 

Pickup orders are available for those within Auckland, we will email you when your order is ready to arrange a date/time for you to pick it up.
